Register Here! (for one or more of these dates)

This three-part series is an opportunity to move through some of the thoughts and emotions arising in response to our current world situation in an intimate group setting. This heart-centered process is not about confirming ideologies, convincing others, or figuring anything out, but rather it is a practice of witnessing each other and ourselves with acceptance and respect, in trust that this in itself provides immense healing benefit that will ripple out into the world. The focus will be on presence: on moving and releasing emotions rather than avoiding them.  .

  • Emotional support during any transitional moments in life- death of a person, pet or identity, relationship or life stage. I support family members navigating the maze of Dementia. Grieving what could have been and also what was. Support for women grieving culturally imposed notions of destructive beauty standards and self hate. There is much to grieve in seeing our earth, animals and plants impacted by human greed. I am also a source of support for white bodied peole grieving the loss of our own culture and roots through the traumas of current and historical colonization.

  • Emotional, Logistical and Spiritual support for those with impending death, family members of those dying and navigating sudden death. I also support those who are focused on living with a clear knowing that we all have an end date in these particular bodies and want to do so with more clarity.

Doula support can include some or all of following, and is designed specifically for each client:

End of Life Planning and Wrapping Up Affairs

Death and Body planning- ceremony or memorial options and planning &

Personal preperation- emotional support for the hard work of dying

  • People have been dying since we our very first beginning as a species. Nature has supported human beings in this great transition for all of time until we have been recently disconnected. I support people to re-establish the link that is never truly lost between us and the earth. Through guided meditations, in-person walks when applicable and herbal medicine that is appropriate and nourishing for where you are at, we will remember that we are always a part of nature.

  • Everyone deserves access to death and grief support.

Grief guidance and tending is a sliding scale of $80-$130 hr.

Death doula services are by package. Please contact me directly on the contact page.

My herbal medicine support is woven through both of those services when appropriate.

I am especially committed to serving those who have been impacted by the unjust design of capitalism and colonization. If you want to work with me and cash is not accesible, contact me and we can discuss other kinds of currency that are more sustainable.
